I am Aaron Hartman

I began my career as a designer, crafting visuals and experiences by hand. Over time I discovered that what really moves brands isn’t just beautiful design—it’s insight, leadership, and the smart use of technology. Now, as a marketing leader and MBA candidate, I bring design thinking, data-driven strategy, and AI-enabled innovation together to build brands that connect deeply and perform powerfully.

I partner with teams across creative, marketing, and business functions to lead brand transformations that put people first—even while leveraging automation and intelligent tools to scale. Whether it’s revamping campaigns for a credit union, shaping a brand’s identity for a new audience, or integrating analytics into creative workflows: my focus remains the same — helping organizations tell authentic stories, build meaningful connections, and drive measurable growth.
 

For example, in 2024, I directed an auto-loan campaign that grew originations by 124 % within one month, sustained $2 M monthly in Q4, and achieved 24 % year-over-year growth in early 2025. That result? It stemmed from combining targeted insights with design-led storytelling and branch staff activation.
