Checking Campaign
I created and led this two-month checking account campaign, aligning key business owners and initiating its strategy, execution, and creative design. The campaign generated 493 new checking accounts, an average of approximately 247 per month, compared with the typical monthly average of 100, representing a 147% increase. It also produced 146 qualified accounts, 913 direct deposits, and more than $1.26 million in total deposits, demonstrating strong member engagement and measurable business impact.
